Lovingly restored, this majestic family home, with its beautiful pink sandstone facade, will comfortably sleep 2 families or 12 adults allowing you to explore this incredible, undiscovered gem of an area. Whether you love to walk, cycle, kayak or just enjoy sampling the Aveyron’s gastronomic or cultural delights, peace and tranquility await you by your own private pool.

We aim to provide you with a beautifully restored French family country house, filled with all the modern amenities to make your stay truly comfortable, allowing you to relax and explore this picturesque and often breathtaking area of France and create unforgettable memories for you, your family and your friends.
Our Rooms
Our beautiful home accommodates up to 12 people, making it perfect for families and friends travelling together.
Each of our 6 beautifully restored 40m sq bedrooms are unique and nearly all ensuite.
Our 2 Reception rooms allow for entertaining or quiet reflection, or one of our fiendish jigsaw puzzles!
The playroom/games room will keep the kids happy for hours when they are not in our private salt water pool and a fully equipped kitchen and large dining room will ensure that you can come together at the end of the day to discuss the day's highlights.
At the Manoir you can expect to find all the amenities you need for a relaxing and truly enjoyable stay.

Our garden and outdoor spaces, with amazing views across the Vallon de Marcillac will elevate your trip to the next level.
Two wonderful entertaining spaces allow you to follow the sun or shade throughout the day and find a perfect spot for a BBQ or a quiet read. Or perhaps it will be our large salt water pool, waiting for you to jump in and cool off or just chill beside whilst enjoying a glass of local Marcillac wine that will be your highlight. Whatever you dream of for your holidays we know you will find it at the Manoir.
Centrally Located
A peaceful haven situated in the heart of the picturesque Aveyron area of Central Southern France's Occitanie region, the Manoir is within 20 minutes of Rodez Airport and 2 hours from Toulouse Airport.
The world UNESCO Heritage site of Conques, on the famous Chemin de St. Jacques de Compostelle is a stones throw away and the house is only 30 minutes from the renowned Musee de Soulages and the breathtaking Cathedral Notre-Dames de l'Assomption in Rodez. Both the Lot and Tarn Gorges are within easy reach for day sightseeing trips.
With a wealth of local activities to keep you busy; and close to several local provincial villages and towns; not only are there many wonderful local restaurants to choose from but a gastronomic Aveyronnais feast awaits you at the daily farmers' markets and delightful open air Marche de Productuers that are held in village squares during the summer season, there is always something for everyone when you stay with us at the Manoir.
